RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not 100% happy with your jewellery, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at sarah@sunsarajewellery.com and we will guide you through the process. 

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. 

Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, inclusive of packaging. Please also note that Sunsara gift cards are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.

All returned items will receive be refunded, but incur a handling + shipping fee.
